Outside the ground is mainly paved for ease of maintenance with flower beds surrounding the patio. There is plenty of room for the construction of a swimming pool. On the level of the road are three garages, one which could be utilised for the construction of a swimming pool. The property also has a large water storage tank underneath the patio, and has central heating pipes have been installed so that a system can be added at a later date.
