The property can be reached either via a footpath from the main square or via a narrow road (wide enough for a small car) which leads to the private parking space below the house. There is a small garden surrounding the house on two sides, and paved areas for outdoor seating and dining.
The front door leads into a hallway area, with a wooden staircase leading to the upper floor and useful storage space under the stairs. There is a shower room on this level also. The sitting room is to the side, next to the large, fully equipped kitchen.
Upstairs there is a large bedroom with a high vaulted wooden ceiling. There is a bathroom on this floor complete with jacuzzi bathtub. Attention to has been paid to retain as many original features, such as the old beams and stone features on the walls. There is air conditioning here as well as in the sitting room downstairs.
The views look out over the hills and mountain of Agii Deka, with glimpses of the sea from the windows upstairs.
Kastellani Mesis is a traditional village with a small mini market in the centre and an active community. The nearest beach is Glyfada on the west coast which is a 15 minute drive away, closely followed by Agios Gordis and Ermones.
