The property is set on a hillside, 360m above the sea in a nature reserve adjacent to the traditional village of Athani, with easy access to the villages of Vasiliki and the fishing village of Agios Nikitas. It enjoys panoramic views across the western part of the island, which is still largely untouched by development, and is close to two fabulous beaches - Egremni and Porto Katsiki.
Although the location is supremely peaceful the hotel is within walking distance of tavernas and mini markets in the village.
It is approximately 40 minutes drive from Lefkada Town, and an hour from the International airport at Preveza.
Each spacious suite is individually designed and furnished - 5 units with sea views and 2 with mountain views.
