Description
The village of Arkadades is in the north of the island, at the crossroads leading to either the large village of Agros, or the village of Pagoi.
The house is up a little path, nestled in between other village houses.
It is currently divided into two buildings which could be joined together to create one large house. The main house has one large room at the front, with a couple of steps leading to two smaller rooms at the rear. From here there is access to a very small courtyard at the rear.
Upstairs there are two large rooms, with distant sea views from the front window. This building is in fairly good condition, but in need of attention to become liveable.
Next door there is another house which for many years was used as storage space. This part needs a lot more work - there is currently one large room downstairs and another one above.
At the front of the house there is a shaded paved area offering enough space to create an outside sitting area.
The nearest beach is St Georges', approximately a 15 minute drive away. The village of Agros has all amenities such as a mini market, cafe, taverna and a small health centre.
