Description
With good road access to the plot from either Avlaki or the main coast road, this lovely plot has much to offer, being in this much sought after location. There are very few plots of this size remaining in this area.
The position is very quiet and peaceful, there are some villas a short distance away along the road leading to Avlaki beach. Located less than 1km to the beach, it is a pleasant stroll through the olive trees.
At the moment the view is partially obscured by the olive trees, but there is a very pretty sea view and the shape of the plot allows for construction at its highest point.
Our drone photos were taken from what we believe would be at the height of a first floor balcony, but there is still a sea view from ground level.
The plot has a gentle slope, and lots of large rocks which could be incorporated into a design.
