The garden gate opens quite literally to the sea with incredible views of the East coast of the island right up to Pontokrator. The sea here is quite shallow making it an ideal rental property for families and gives a lovely peaceful feeling as you can sit listening to the waves.
There is a shared parking area behind the house with good access and along the beach is one of the local tavernas. Amenities are not far away in the town of Lefkimmi including a port giving easy access to the mainland.
