The pool terrace is accessed via stairs leading from the ground floor balcony. The house looks down over the bays of Kouloura and Kalami, all the way to Corfu Town and the Albanian coastline.
Air conditioning has been installed in all bedrooms. Below the house there is a large storage room which could be converted into further accomodation (with the appropriate planning permission).
