There are 3 floors (no elevator) and consists of 52 rooms (12m2 - 15 m2). 12 rooms with triple beds, 4 rooms are wheelchair accessible, and 36 rooms with 2 twins.

All rooms are air conditioned with TVs as well as bathrooms with shower cubicles. Furthermore, all rooms have balconies except for 2 of the rooms which are wheelchair accessible.
