Did you know that as of 1st August 2023, Greece announced it was doubling the Golden Visa investment to 500 000 €  from 250 000 €? Fear not! This new limit only applies to property purchases in the central, northern and southern sectors of Attica, Thessaloniki and the islands of Mykonos and Santorini. For the time being, Corfu remains an area where an investment of 250 000€ makes you eligible to apply for the Golden Visa.
