Named after the hens that roam in the shared yard (shortly to be moved to a new home!) this property forms the southern end of an L-shaped stone barn and outbuildings complex. One section has already been sold and will shortly be renovated as a summer home for its British owners.

The Hen House is small, and needs complete renovation, but it has road access making building work much easier, and has a delightful sunny aspect overlooking the valley to the south.

There is a tiny outside area (space for a table and two chairs) which belongs to the house, and a yard which is shared with two other owners.
