Fabulous piece of land, with every conceivable advantage - easy road access only 15km from Corfu Town and the Airport, short drive down into the village of Ag. Gordis with its vast sandy beach, shops and restaurants and fantastic views across the bay.

The access from the main road is along the sloped part of the land, gently rising to meet a natural plateau which attracts the best view, it is not mountainous, and it would be possible to build a spacious villa (up to 160sq.m.) with pool.
