Located on the beach road, near Ag. Matheos, on the south west coast, this is a tiny cottage set in an olive grove, with a pathway leading 100m down to the beach at Skala. The cottage can be rebuilt on the same footprint as the existing building, and with trimming of the trees would also have a sea view.
