It is becoming extremely difficult to find land very close to the sea in Corfu, and this piece is one of the few left on the pretty beach road winding from one fish restaurant to another, on its way from Messonghi down to Boukari. It is a few minutes drive from Messonghi village, with its shops and restaurants, and only 60m from the tiny cove where the well known 'Fishermans Haunt' taverna is located.

Sloped above the road, on the upper level, it provides wonderful views across the bay and towards mainland Greece. It is fenced with olive trees and shrubs.

Because of its position inside the 'town planning zone' it would be possible to use this plot for commercial development, as it has a large building capacity.
