At right angles to this section is the old kitchen and store room which has a vast archway inside separating the two areas, stone-flagged floor and an old fireplace with the roof beams above blackened from years of use.

The rest of the terrace is in even worse condition, but it is easy to imagine what could be created out of the ruins.

Complete renovation is required, but the potential is enormous, and there is plenty of garden space included in the price as well. To the side is a partially walled courtyard area, and in front a small grassy square next to the track leading to the property.

Most of the land to the front and back is also available for sale. It belongs to various members of the same family.

Sadly in recent years vandals have been at work and many of the original stone features have been stolen. This property is in great need of someone to rescue it.
