In a very historic area of this pretty village, the house is very quiet, and has few neighbours. The beaches of Ermones and Liapades are approximately 10 minutes drive away. The property has successful summer rental history of 3 years.

A gate leads into the courtyard at the back of the house, and stone steps lead down to the main entrance door. There is a little seating area, ideal for breakfast or to enjoy the shade in the heat of the day.

The door leads straight into the kitchen, which has been fitted with custom built units.

A doorway leads through into the main living room, which has a very efficient wood burning fire, enough to heat the whole house in winter. There is also a compact but comfortable shower room between the kitchen and living room. The windows from the living room overlook the view, and a little doorway leads out onto a mini-terrace.

From the kitchen a spiral staircase leads up to the double bedroom, and a door from here leads onto the sun terrace. The view from here is beautiful, across the rooftops to the Ropa Valley and the hills beyond.

With lots of quirky features, the house is totally unique. Most of the furniture is included in the price of the house, lots of it being customized to fit the area.
