Our first impression of this house was of an Italian mansion - a simple design with elegance and character. Set in a lovely quiet area, close to the village of Evropouli, the house is surrounded by olive groves, mature trees and its own large, lawned gardens.
A paved pathway leads to the front door and into the spacious entrance hall. From here a few steps lead down to the left to the large living room with an open fireplace and a very useful library/study at one end. The dining area is at the opposite end, next to the kitchen. Large patio windows lead out to a covered terrace which overlooks the garden. The kitchen is separate and although modern, a second open fireplace adds character to the room. A door leads to the attractive patio/barbeque are which is covered with a wooden pergola - perfect for outside dining.
At the other end of the hallway, steps lead up to the master bedroom suite and two further double bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom or shower room.
On a lower level, with a staircase leading down from the hallway, is a large area (80 m2) presently used for storage. This could be used as a garage, or converted into a separate apartment.
The house is a much loved family home built to a high standard by its present owners.
