Although this property needs a complete internal renovation, the basic structure is sound, and its potential is obvious from the very first glimpse.

Lakones is one of those Corfiot villages with amazing views from almost everywhere, and they are at their best from this detached stone house on the edge of the settlement.

There is parking close by, and the house is reached after a short walk along a paved footpath. It has a gated front yard, from where the door leads to the main rooms. There are four, in an L-shape, and a huge old wooden arched door leads into a barn from which another stone arch opens into the fenced garden overlooking the sea at Paleokastritsa.

On a lower level there is another huge barn/storage area.

The centre of the village is only a short walk up a lane, with shops, cafes, tavernas and bars all within easy reach.

With a little imagination it is easy to visualize this property as the perfect village home with a sea view.
